- All Students should fill out, sign and date a 2025 Registration Form/Waiver/Release.
- Click on tab below for the form. These are also available at the studio, and can be emailed for your convenience.
- Registration is complete once form is returned, along with payment in full.
- We accept Cash, Check (made out to Marcus Rogers) and Venmo. Please include your full name and specify which classes you are paying for with payment.
- There is a $30 fee for all returned checks.
- A late fee may be charged for late submission of tuition.
- All drop in payments should be paid before the start of class.
I highly recommend Marcus’s adult dance classes. He’s skilled and so knowledgeable with various dance forms. He also takes time to break down technique to help the raw beginner dancer, as well as the seasoned dancer, understand the steps and combinations. They’re fun and inspiring!

He recognizes progress and knows when you’re prepared for a new challenge even if you don’t, yet he never pushes you beyond your limits. Marcus is a fun, patient and talented dance instructor. He caters to adults of all levels and his passion for dance comes through in each class. His choreography is amazing, upbeat and fun!
