REGISTRATION IS OPEN.
On November 28th, 2024 we gathered to celebrate Thanksgiving with a unique Yoga Workshop, "Grounded In Gratitude" consisting of a Class & Lecture dedicated to embodying an attitude of gratitude (living with a grateful heart).
Students received an education on the meaning of gratitude, and discovered their own personalized feelings of it during the Asana Practice.
Each attendee was encouraged to start their own gratitude journal.
MRDC once again would like to thank all who attended this annual workshop.
Happy Thanksgiving!
On February 18th, 2024 MRDC celebrated black history month with a unique Yoga Workshop offered by Marcus Rogers. This class honored the life and legacy of Doctor Maya Angelou. Angelou, who died in 2014, was an activist, teacher, poet, humanitarian, singer, dancer, speaker and inspiration to so many.
Thank you to all who attended this annual workshop. See you next year.

I highly recommend Marcus’s adult dance classes. He’s skilled and so knowledgeable with various dance forms. He also takes time to break down technique to help the raw beginner dancer, as well as the seasoned dancer, understand the steps and combinations. They’re fun and inspiring!

His teaching style is motivating, patient, thorough, and clear. He is genuinely committed to ensuring that you learn the proper techniques. He recognizes progress and knows when you’re prepared for a new challenge even if you don’t, yet he never pushes you beyond your limits. He knows how to present challenges in a way that will not leave you feeling like you can't ever achieve a particular dance move. His persistence and dedication to your progress are truly inspiring.
I highly recommend Marcus Rogers Dance Company to anyone. With a wide range of dance classes, Marcus showcases his incredible talent and passion for dance. It’s a welcoming environment for all skill levels. Don’t hesitate to try a class!
